Investigation Support Services provide training and consultancy to support personnel involved in interviewing people and investigating incidents.

The objective is to ensure that anyone charged with investigating accidents, complaints, crimes or any other event is proficient in;

  • Interviewing witnesses and other persons involved
  • Taking and reading statements/documents
  • Managing investigations
  • File preparation
The Principal of Investigation Support Services has over 30 years operational experience of investigations including the preparation and provision of training to UK Home Office standards.

He has carried out domain consultancy in the investigative process to Law Enforcement agencies around the world including the FBI.

For over six years he provided domain consultancy to a globally distributed software company developing information management and forensic analysis software products.

Further investigative experience was gained whilst employed as Complaints Manager at both Acute and Primary Care Trusts in the NHS.
